There is a marked difference between how one views (self-critiques) themselves and how the rest of the world views you. In-studio, negative self-talk is banned.

I am a Wife, to my true love of 25+ years, Mummy to my 2 no-so-little littles, lover of walks in nature, music of most genres, and time with f(r)amily, anything water-related, penguins, koalas, working out & big belly-felt laughter.
